This Privacy and Cookies Policy of the Website, hereinafter referred to as the Website, sets forth the rules for the processing and protection of personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Sarch Console, RankMatch, Facebook Pixel in connection with Users' use of the Website.

§ 1 - Definitions

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following meanings of the following terms are adopted:

1. Administrator - ENTERBIZ Ltd., owner of the ZANAMER Kombinat Interaktywny brand, based in Suwałki, 71 Tadeusza Kościuszki Street, 16-400 Suwałki, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0001096852, NIP 844-238-45-79.

2. Website - the website available at https://zanamer.pl/.
3. User - any entity that browses the content of the website.
4. RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

§ 2 - Personal information

1. Administratorem danych osobowych Użytkownika w rozumieniu RODO jest Administrator.

2. Użytkownik może przekazywać swoje dane osobowe Administratorowi za pomocą formularza formularza kontaktowego, który znajduje się na Stronie internetowej.

2. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych osobowych Użytkowników jest dobrowolna, konkretna, świadoma i jednoznaczna zgoda Użytkownika, którą wyraża za pomocą formularza znajdującego się na Stronie internetowej.

4. Dane osobowe mogą być przetwarzane także w przypadkach, w których Administrator jest upoważniony do przetwarzania danych osobowych na podstawie przepisów prawa lub w celu realizacji zawartej pomiędzy stronami umowy.

5. Dane osobowe przekazywane Administratorowi przez Użytkownika w ramach formularza kontaktowego przetwarzane są w celu udzielenia odpowiedzi na wysłane za pomocą formularza zapytanie. Podanie danych osobowych przez Użytkownika jest dobrowolne, ale niezbędne, aby Użytkownik otrzymał odpowiedź. W tym celu przetwarzanie danych odbywa się na podstawie prawnie uzasadnionego interesu realizowanego przez administratora (Art.6 ust.1 lit.f RODO). Dane te będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia korespondencji oraz dwóch lat od jej zakończenia.

6. Administrator może powierzyć dane osobowe innym podmiotom, z pomocą których realizuje wskazane w poprzednich punktach cele (np. firmom dostarczającym usługę hostingu, firmie księgowej, firmom kurierskim, etc.).

7. Administrator gwarantuje, że przekazane dane osobowe będą poufne.

8. Personal data shall be collected carefully and adequately protected from access by unauthorized persons, and its processing shall be carried out in accordance with and under the conditions set forth in detail in::

a. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC,

b. the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means,

c. the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.

§ 3 - User rights

1. Użytkownikowi przysługują prawa związane z przetwarzaniem jego danych osobowych, w tym:

a. prawo dostępu do danych

b. prawo do poprawienia danych

c. prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych

d. prawo do sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych

e. prawo do usunięcia danych (tzw. prawo do bycia zapomnianym)

f. prawo do przenoszenia danych

g. prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych przez Administratora Użytkownik ma prawo do cofnięcia swojej zgody w każdej chwili, jeśli Użytkownik uprzednio wyraził taką zgodę.

§ 4 - Information collected

1. When the User uses the Website, data about the User is automatically collected. This data includes, but is not limited to: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This data may be collected by cookies (so-called cookies), and may also be recorded in server logs.

2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are files sent to the User's computer or other device (e.g. laptop, smartphone, tablet) when browsing the Website. Cookies remember the User's preferences, which makes it possible to improve the quality of the services provided, improve search results and the relevance of the information displayed, and anonymously track the User's preferences.

3. The User gives his/her consent for the Administrator to store or access cookies on his/her device through the settings of the browser installed on the User's device.

4. The User may opt out of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in the web browser used by the User. In such a situation, the User's use of the Website may be impaired (e.g. the Website may work slower).

5. the User may delete existing cookies from his/her device by using the appropriate functions of his/her web browser, programs for this purpose, or by using the appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

6. Korzystanie ze Strony internetowej wiąże się z przesłaniem zapytań do serwera, na którym przechowywana jest Strona internetowa. Każde takie zapytanie jest zapisywane w logach serwera. Logi obejmują m.in.: adres IP Użytkownika, datę i czas logowania do serwera, informacje o używanej przeglądarce internetowej i systemie operacyjnym.

7. Dane zapisane w logach serwera nie są łączone w żaden sposób z konkretnymi Użytkownikami Strony internetowej i nie są wykorzystywane przez Administratora w celu identyfikacji Użytkownika. Logi serwera służą do administrowania Stroną internetową, a ich zawartość nie jest ujawniania nikomu poza osobami upoważnionymi do administrowania serwerem.

8. Na Stronie internetowej są stosowane technologie rejestrujące anonimowo działania podejmowane przez Użytkownika podczas korzystania ze Strony internetowej. Są to m.in.:
a. Google Analitysc - used to analyze the statistics of the Website,
b. Facebook Pixel - used to manage and optimize Facebook advertising,
c. Google Search Console - used to analyze the statistics of the Website,
d. RankMatch - used to analyze the statistics of the Website.

9. The data obtained by these tools are not linked in any way to specific Users of the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.

10. The consequence of the use of the technologies listed in § 3 para. 8 will be the optimization of the Website and its content to the User's needs.

§ 5 - Purpose of data use

The Administrator uses the data provided by the User or collected automatically for:
a. proper functioning, configuration, security of the Website,
b. monitoring the status of the session,
c. analysis, research and audit of the Website's displays,
e. for statistical and marketing purposes.

§ 6 - Final provisions

1. There may be changes to this document as may be affected by developments in Internet technology, changes in data protection laws and the development of the Website. Any changes will be communicated to Users immediately in a visible and understandable manner.
